Coffee roasted every week, Cuban-style pastelitos and breakfast cooked to order in three Florida neighborhoods.
About us
Café Central is a family of neighborhood cafés in Miami, Winter Park and Tampa. We roast our own coffee, bake every morning and cook breakfast to order, with the same warm service in every location.
We opened in 2012 as a twelve-seat counter on Brickell Avenue, with one espresso machine and a family recipe for guava pastelitos.
Today we have three cafés and our own roastery, but the idea is the same: coffee made with care, food made that morning, and people who remember your order.
Serve honest coffee and fresh food, fast and with a smile, at a fair price.
Be the café every Florida neighborhood wants on its corner.
What you will find at any of our locations.
Espresso, café con leche and cold brew made with beans we roast ourselves.
Cuban toast, egg sandwiches, bowls and salads, cooked to order until mid-afternoon.
Pastelitos, croquetas and pan cubano baked every morning in each café.
